Ideal location for visiting The Peak District. The accommodation is excellent in all respects, spotless and very well equipped providing total comfort.

Calico cottage in the village of Hope was superb. Everything you needed was supplied. There was a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge along with 4 of the owners own hens eggs. The scenery was outstanding and waking up to that view each morning was a delight. Great walks in and around Hope. A must for walkers. We had a great holiday there and would recommend the cottage and area to anyone who loves quality, peace and quiet.

Beautiful location, lovely cottage and the perfect place to unwind. The chickens were great companions while we sunbathed on the patio! And the welcoming chocolate chip cookies were fantastic.

An excellent cottage, beautifully equipped and in the perfect spot for walking in the peak district. The local bus service was also very helpfu, especially on wet days. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break

I would definitely recommend Calico Cottage in Derbyshire as the cottage and its location was wonderful and the cottage owners were very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Calico Cottage, and would recommend this holiday cottage highly. The cottage was beautifully furnished, with lots of homely touches, very friendly hosts and lovely scenery.
